St. Pete First Baptist Wedding + Coliseum Reception

September 24 was a wonderful day for Lenny and Nicole, and for all the friends and family that joined them in celebrating their beautiful wedding. Nicole was radiant, Lenny overjoyed. There was much laughter, love, and dancing. All in all, even the rain couldn’t touch this perfect day.

Nicole picked a gorgeous Alfred Angelo gown, from the Disney Princess collection. It complimented this princess perfectly!

The First Look. My husband, Nick, assisted and was the second shooter for me for the first time. His shots of the First look are on the left, while mine are on the right.

All the bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were handmade by the incredibly talented Lindsay Faye. The flowers were all made from scratch. Amazing!

First Baptist Church in St. Pete has an absolutely stunning sanctuary. The stained glass made for a unique and beautiful backdrop. And Kristen, the wedding coordinator from First Baptist, made sure everything ran smoothly.

Nicole’s good friend Betsi provided the music, and set the perfect mood for the ceremony.

Wedded bliss….

After the ceremony we snuck over to Vinoy Park for some more portraits. It was raining prior to the ceremony, so it worked out perfectly that we could shoot some more in the beautiful evening light.

Lenny’s gift to the groomsmen: monogrammed pocket watches. Nicely done, sir!

After portraits, we headed back to the reception at The Coliseum. The event styling for the reception was also the work of Lindsay Faye. She even made the cake topper. Cute, huh?

First dance…

Nicole danced with her Daddy, too!

After a bubble filled departure, the new Mr. and Mrs. made off in a getaway carriage. Like I said earlier, absolutely perfect for this princess and her prince.
